Absolutely everything was great except the food at brunch. Pancakes were burnt underneath, my mother struggled to cut them. The chicken & waffles were not good. Chicken was dry & old. Waffles very dry & barely any honey, asked for some maple which made them better.

We had a very enjoyable brunch. Staff and service were notably excellent. Brunch menu could maybe have a little more choices. Overall it was excellent. We dined on the terrace and even the weather cooperated!

What is Brunch & Bubbles?

Angelina's weekend brunch on the Grand Canal: €35 per guest for one main, one dessert, and a drink on arrival.

When is it available?

Every Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 3pm.

How many drinks are included?

Each guest gets one drink on arrival, a Mimosa, Mimosa 0.0 or Spritz, included in the €35. Any drinks after that can be ordered from the bar.

What's on the menu?

Every guest chooses one main and one dessert. Mains run from a full breakfast and Eggs Benedict through to pancakes, crispy chicken & waffles or a chargrilled burger. Desserts are a chocolate mousse or a sticky toffee pudding.

Menus are subject to change.

Do I pay anything to book?

No. There is no deposit, and you can change or cancel your booking anytime.

Is it good for groups and celebrations?

Yes. It's made for weekend catch-ups, birthdays and celebrations by the canal, whether that's two of you or a larger table.

Do I need to book?

Booking through OpenTable is recommended, though walk-ins are welcome. Groups of up to 20 can book directly on the Angelina's widget. For 21 to 30 guests email book@angelinas.ie, and for 30+ email events@eclective.ie.

Can you cater to dietary requirements and allergies?

Allergens are listed on the menu, and the team is happy to talk you through the options when you arrive.

Can I bring children?

Yes, children are welcome. The regular brunch menu is available alongside Brunch & Bubbles, so there is always something else to choose from.
